"Most students leave college with both feet firmly planted in mid-air!"

Overwhelmed, isolated, and underprepared—the dangers are real. Left to themselves, young Christians risk dislocating their precious faith from their 9-to-5, Monday-to-Friday work. This stifles their growth, dampens their witness, and fosters doubts that Jesus actually matters in the working world.

About The Bridge

Through our programs, resources, and community events, we strive to create a space where individuals can grow in their faith, connect with others who share their values, and find support and encouragement as they navigate the challenges of living out their calling in the working world.

Enter the ministry of
The Bridge

Simply put, we exist to provide fellowship and training to encourage and equip recent graduates to represent Jesus in the working world.

Three groups benefit from our two-fold approach.

College Graduates

Fellowship encourages them in their move from being a student on campus to an adult in the working world. Training equips them to walk with God and represent Jesus wherever they live, work, and play.

College Ministries

Their seniors will receive a6ection and direction, and knowing that offers confidence to campus staff that their investment will not be in vain. Our emphasis on both intentional gospel witness and active membership in a local church, fosters life-long spiritual health.

Local Churches

Pastors and congregations receive the benefit of young men and women who are equipped to become contributing members. This includes serving within the church among believers and outside the church with outreach to other young professionals.

Our Training Curriculum

We invite recent graduates into a two-year development program that focuses on four areas crucial to the development of young professionals.

Personal Ministry: Evangelism, Discipleship, and Multiplication

This module focuses on equipping you to be an active witness for Christ in your professional and personal life. You'll learn effective strategies for evangelism, understanding how to share your faith authentically and respectfully. Discipleship training provides tools for mentoring others in their faith journey, fostering spiritual growth and maturity. Lastly, we'll explore the concept of spiritual multiplication, teaching you how to empower others to disciple, creating an enduring legacy of faith.

Spiritual Growth: Bible, Theology, and Identity in Christ

Deepening your understanding of the Bible and theology forms the bedrock of this segment. Through guided studies, you'll explore the richness of Scripture and foundational theological principles, enhancing your personal faith and ability to articulate your beliefs. This module also focuses on developing a robust identity in Christ, ensuring that your sense of self and purpose is firmly anchored in your relationship with Him.

Life Foundations: Professional, Relational, and Personal

Recognizing the broad spectrum of challenges facing recent graduates, this module addresses key areas of life outside direct ministry. Professionally, we offer guidance on navigating the workplace as a Christian, including integrity in business practices and balancing ambition with humility. Relational training covers building healthy, Christ-centered relationships, both within and outside the workplace. Lastly, personal development sessions promote self-care, time management, and financial stewardship from a biblical perspective.

Church Membership: Gifting, Serving and Small Groups

Recognizing the importance of church involvement in a believer's life, this module focuses on equipping recent graduates to become active, contributing members of their local church. We explore spiritual gifts and how they can be used for the benefit of the body of Christ. Serving opportunities within the church are also highlighted, encouraging participants to use their skills and passions to serve others. Lastly, we emphasize the importance of small group involvement for accountability, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
