“Our marriage has been so blessed by the foundations laid during our time in The Bridge. We were equipped with guidance in transitioning from campus to workforce, getting plugged in at the local church, and even learning how to date well, and that’s just a few of the many things!”

"The Bridge helped us open our eyes to how God views work and the people he has placed in the workforce. It encouraged us to be leaders and lights for the gospel in a place where it might seem hard to do so. And… bonus we met each other through The Bridge!"

The First Step:
Get in touch
At The Bridge, we are committed to fostering a community of like-minded individuals who value the intersection of faith and profession. Our goal is not only to equip young professionals with the tools they need for success in their careers but also to empower them to make a positive impact for Christ in the world.
“Bob and Alissa are engaged in a vital ministry of bridging young adults from college to life after school, and we are blessed to be able to support them. While so many folks make critical decisions to follow Christ at school, letting Jesus continue to lead you after campus life is better with others! The discipleship, coaching, and connections to church that are provided via The Bridge is a terrific resource and starting point after leaving the university setting!”

“I have seen the Bridge be an asset to many people making the move from college life to career life. The Bridge has equipped young adults to grow in their faith, get connected to the local church, and build a strong faith community in these critical years of adult development.”

“Walking with Christ in college doesn’t guarantee an easy transition into the workforce, I’ve witnessed many fall away from pursuing Christ during this transition. Plugging into a local church for the first time as an adult can be a struggle! The Bridge is in there in the gap, with a tremendous track record of training and caring for young leaders as they find a home and learn their part in the body of Christ.”

“The Bridge is a vital ministry that connects followers of Jesus graduating from the college campus and connects them to healthy, solid local churches for their continued growth. Bob and Alissa are a wealth of wisdom and care for the graduates going through the Bridge and do God-glorifying work to establish and equip them post college. As a young adults pastor, my ministry and my church body have been blessed by their love and work for those in their ministry.”
